ACLS Revision: The Tall Fat T-waves

The T-waves in V5 and V6 make this diagnostic of coronary occlusion. They are far too tall and fat to be normal. They are hyperacute.

ACLS Revision: Posterior STEMI is 10% of all STEMIs and the most missed STEMI for cathlab (NOT FIBRINOLYSIS) up to 30% of the time
