Global Partnerships that Save Lives

Our global partnerships aim to strengthen emergency healthcare systems across Kenya to save lives. The Acquiring Competences Useful in the Treatment of Emergencies (ACUTE) Project stood out as a significant collaboration with Treating With A Mission. Together, we supported the governments and emergency healthcare providers in Turkana, Nyeri and Taita Taveta Counties in strengthening their emergency healthcare systems. This involved the establishment of an Ambulance Dispatch Centre, the provision of essential emergency medical care equipment, and the implementation of comprehensive training programs for emergency healthcare providers across the counties. The training focused on enhancing their knowledge and skills in various aspects of emergency care.

Additionally, the project contributed by providing emergency care training equipment to the foundation, enhancing its training programs and enabling the continuation of its impactful work. The project would not have been possible without the generous funds from the Polish Aid implemented as part of the Polish Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
