This is more than just a room with monitors and phones. It is the heartbeat of a responsive, coordinated Ambulance Services system, powered by our Ambulensi platform — one that puts people first and ensures that no life is lost because help came too late.

With real-time GPS tracking, intelligent dispatch algorithms, and integrated standard operating procedures, this centre will transform how emergencies are managed across the county. From road traffic crashes to maternal emergencies, the system will enable faster, smarter, and lifesaving coordination of ambulance services — getting patients to care when every second counts.

This milestone is a testament to what is possible when technology, policy, and commitment come together in harmony. We applaud the leadership of the Taita Taveta County Government and salute the frontline responders whose work is now supported by this essential infrastructure.
